There is an old African adage, “it takes a village to raise a child”! With this in mind we offer Discovery Tours geared to impart traditional knowledge of Grenada cocoa, Grenada nutmeg and spice cultivation to our younger generation.
Here, hands-on learning meets the wonders of nature! Our plantation tour is designed to inspire a child’s curiosity about agriculture, sustainability and healthy living with a focus on literacy and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
Guided by passionate educators and farmers, your child would participate in interactive activities, from planting seeds to sitting on a coconut fiber mattress.
We nurture your little scientist by exploring the interaction of chemistry, biology, physics, environment, material and colour science of hand washing using local, handmade soap from the luxury, farm-to- skin brand Cocoa Pod Botanicals. For squeaky hands each child washes while singing Grenada’s Spice Gem song.
